## About

The HUDC scheme produced 18 estates totalling roughly 7,500 units between 1974 and 1987. All have been privatised between 1995 and 2017. Of these, 11 have been collectively sold and redeveloped, and 7 still stand as private condominiums.

All 18 HUDC estates are 99-year leasehold. None are freehold.
